About Splash Academy

We believe every child deserves to feel safe, confident, and joyful in the water. That belief drives everything we do.

Our Story

Splash Academy was founded with a simple idea: that learning to swim should never be stressful. Our founder, a former competitive swimmer and early-childhood educator, saw firsthand how fear-based teaching methods could turn children away from the water for years.

We opened our first pool in 2013 with four instructors and a waiting list that stretched around the block. Today, Splash Academy serves over 500 families a year through small-group lessons, a warm purpose-built pool, and a curriculum built on encouragement rather than pressure.

Every instructor on our team is trained in water safety, CPR, and early-childhood development. We limit class sizes to four students so each child gets the individual attention they need to grow at their own pace.

Our Values

Safety First, Always

Water safety isn’t just a module in our curriculum — it’s the lens through which every lesson is designed. We teach kids to respect and navigate water safely before we ever focus on speed or style.

Child-Led Progress

We never rush a child to the next level before they’re ready. Our instructors follow the child’s cues, celebrating every small milestone and building confidence before adding new challenges.

Joy in the Water

Swimming should be one of the best parts of a child’s week. Our instructors bring energy, warmth, and a sense of playfulness to every class so that kids genuinely look forward to coming back.
